Is a mask required?

Masks are encouraged but never required — we’ll have a mask station at the door if you’d like to borrow one for the evening. Dress is black tie / formal.

When do tickets go on sale?

Sponsors are served first — Entertainment, Gold, and Table sponsors claim their reserved tables before individual tickets open to the public. Sponsorships are limited, so the earlier you commit the better your placement.

How do tickets and seating work?

Tickets are sold per seat on a live seating map — you pick your exact seat and see who else is sitting where, so you can sit with the people you want.

Can I buy a full table?

Yes — that’s the Table Sponsorship at $950: a reserved table named after your business with 8 event tickets. Gold ($3,500) and Entertainment ($5,000) sponsorships include a reserved 10-top table with 10 tickets, plus signage, social mentions, and a commercial during the program.

How do award nominations work?

Anyone can submit a nomination, but only Chamber members are eligible to be nominated. Head to the Nominate page, pick one of the five categories, and tell us who you're nominating and why — specific examples and supporting materials (a bio, photo, or letters of recommendation) help a lot. All nominations are submitted online and close at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. At least 2 supporting documents (signed reference or community support letters) are required — a nomination with no documentation is disqualified. You may nominate yourself, and apart from Man and Woman of the Year, nominees must have been an active Chamber member in good standing for at least 2 years. The awards committee scores every nomination against a published point sheet; you can read the exact criteria on the Nominate page.

When can sponsors set up?

Setup day is Thursday, November 5, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the UAW Local 1853 Banquet Hall. The sponsor team will share load-in details as the event approaches.

I bought a ticket — what happens next?

Your confirmation email includes your ticket with a QR code (and wallet pass). Show it at the door for check-in, and keep an eye on it for live updates during the night.
